Security Settings

Keep in mind that each one of your contract's details are determined by what security settings that you set.  Security settings can be set based upon each engagement, by each person viewing that material, and/or based upon categories.  So, for instance, maybe only the artist manager can view the details about the actual 'engagement monetary information.' Significant others, for members of the artist's groups - can only view the hotel/motel information.  Other personnel can only view their itineraries.  The security setting are entirely up to you.

Other Avails
Don't forget to check out our avail process for venues and event.  On the Avail Search screen, there is a link to the Venue Avail screen; that will shows you how Book-It2000 can graphically display different venues, fairs and events in a map form.  Whats, more, the information on each event or venue can also be displayed, along with associated contracts.
